In the event that any payment is to be refunded Data Yorkshire Ltd will make the refund payment back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made within 48 hours. If for any reason the payment cannot be made back to the originating card for reasons outside of Data Yorkshire Ltd’s control a cheque refund will be made to the named cardholder ONLY.
